If connecting two profiles, both ends must be tapped for secure fastening. Installation Steps: Prepare the Extrusion – Ensure the 40mm Series T-slot Extrusion is M8 tapped at the required ends. Position – Place the pivot joint onto the 40mm profile, ensuring the alignment tabs fit securely into the profile’s slots.
